广州外企招聘综合管理岗位，接受转行者。负责跨部门协调、业绩考核及团队建设，兼具生鲜客户经理职责，面向市场与客户开发。
主要职责
- 协调领导处理相关事务，推动部门协作。
- 监督业绩考核，跟进绩效。
- 管理团队，规划制度，开展日常指导与检查。
- 进行市场分析，制定渠道与客户开发策略。
- 维护客户关系，提升满意度，实现销售增长。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，学信网可查。
- 在广州累计工作满三年，年龄26-38岁。
- 执行力强、自律、目标导向、责任心强。
- 具备市场分析、客户开发及销售管理经验者优先。
必备技能
- 市场分析与规划能力。
- 客户开发与管理技巧。
- 绩效考核与团队管理经验。
