职位概况
负责城市群的整体运营与业绩提升，统筹城市群内门店的生意计划、推广及团队管理，确保业务持续增长。
主要职责
- 统筹城市群精细化运营，负责一级业务、传统及连锁客户。
- 制定并执行城市群生意计划与推广方案，提升三级销售。
- 招聘、培训、带教所辖门店经理，进行日常管理。
- 根据总部策略，提炼区域市场发展规划并输出给客户及门店负责人。
- 联合客户、门店经理制定联合生意计划，推动商圈、城市系统爆破。
- 跟进并复盘区域市场发展计划，持续优化。
- 完成其他阶段性任务。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，市场营销或管理类专业优先。
- 3年以上快消品或零售（食品）销售管理经验，有奶粉行业经验者优先。
- 具备团队业绩冲刺能力，能够承上启下协助日常工作。
- 沟通能力强，具备团队精神和诚信的职业素养。
- 拥有独立分析、解决问题的能力及良好的组织协调能力。
