职位概况
负责公司保险及理财客户在社区的服务规划与销售，提升居民保险保障，推动产品推广。
主要职责
- 策划并组织社区保险保障及售后服务宣传活动。
- 维护并拓展社区合作伙伴关系，实现资源共享。
- 推动大都会人寿社区保险产品的销售，完成个人业绩指标。
- 定期收集社区居民需求，分析反馈并优化服务内容。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
- 熟悉社区服务行业，有相关工作经验者优先。
- 具备较强的组织协调能力，能够独立开展工作。
- 了解保险产品知识，具备一定的销售技巧。
- 责任心强，服务意识高，适应社区运营节奏。
