Senior Consumer Marketing Manager – Shaving

About the role

The Senior Consumer Marketing Manager – Shaving will lead low‑end innovation projects from concept through launch, ensuring alignment across R&D, design, finance, supply chain and commercial teams. This role translates consumer journey insights into compelling propositions and launch plans, and partners with regional markets to drive readiness and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of low‑end innovation projects, coordinating proposition development, communication, market readiness and commercialization.
• Act as primary marketing integrator across R&D, Design, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and Regional teams to ensure cross‑functional alignment and milestone delivery.
• Translate consumer experience insights into value propositions, communication strategies and launch plans that meet consumer needs and business objectives.
• Develop and implement the low‑end innovation and communication roadmap, aligning with category strategy and brand positioning.
• Drive global‑to‑local launch planning, partnering with markets to ensure market readiness, local relevance and execution excellence across channels.
• Build business cases, monitor launch performance and provide actionable recommendations based on consumer, market and commercial insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 + years experience in consumer marketing, category management, innovation or related commercial functions.
• Hands‑on end‑to‑end product innovation experience, including value proposition definition and leading cross‑functional teams to market.
• Proven track record of managing full P&L accountability for a business unit or product portfolio.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage product data and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
