职位概况
博世人工智能研究中心在上海招聘具身智能研究员，负责前沿AI技术在工业机器人中的落地。加入拥有80%博士成员的团队，开展跨学科科研与工业实践。
主要职责
- 设计下一代具身智能模型与机器人学习架构，探索VLA、World Model、Diffusion等统一建模方法。
- 实现从视觉理解、任务规划到机器人动作生成的端到端学习，提升复杂工业环境下的泛化与决策能力。
- 构建仿真到真实机器人的闭环学习体系，推动大规模训练、快速迭代与系统优化。
任职要求
- 计算机、人工智能、自动化或机器人等相关专业博士学位。
- 精通Python及PyTorch，具备扎实的算法基础和工程实现能力。
- 熟悉机器人学习、模仿学习或强化学习，了解VLA、Diffusion、World Model等技术。
- 具备流利的英语听说读写能力，有海外经历者优先。
- 在CVPR/NeurIPS/ICLR/ICML/CoRL/RSS等顶级会议发表过相关论文者优先。
