About the role

The Senior Consultant is an execution‑focused role responsible for hands‑on SAP configuration, requirement analysis, and solution delivery under guidance. The individual works directly with client stakeholders to implement and support SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure SAP solutions within focused modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, public cloud) based on functional specifications.
• Execute testing cycles (unit, integration) and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented SAP systems, resolving functional issues.
• Develop and deliver end‑user training and documentation for specific processes.
• Work closely with technical teams to support integration activities.
• Document configurations, processes, and functional specifications accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in SAP implementation projects.
• Hands‑on configuration experience in at least two primary SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, Public Cloud); EWM experience preferred for MM module.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
