Job description
职位概况
负责自动驾驶全量数据的批量读写、分析与清洗，生成训练数据并确保数据高效流转与高质量交付。
主要职责
- 批量读取、写入并清洗自动驾驶相关数据，生成模型训练所需的真值数据。
- 设计并开发地图、定位、感知、规划等真值数据的存储、数据库更新及匹配功能。
- 维护真值数据库，优化数据生产流程，开发故障诊断工具提升系统稳定性。
- 开发数据标注工具，支持标注人员工作并进行数据分类、标签管理。
- 挖掘分析数据规律，助力自动驾驶模型性能持续优化。
- 与前端、数据平台、测试等团队协作，推动数据可视化相关功能。
- 编写并维护数据技术文档，规范开发流程，提高团队协作效率。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，熟练掌握C++和Python编程语言。
- 具备数据开发和数据库开发经验，熟悉常用数据结构与算法。
- 有自动驾驶、智能交通或相关行业数据开发经验者优先。
- 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能适应跨部门协作。
- 具备较强的责任心，能够承担工作压力和挑战。
