职位概况
负责店铺及总部费用账务处理，参与费用分析、预算编列及审计配合，支持财务系统优化，适合具备连锁零售经验的会计专业人士。
主要职责
- 店铺账务及总部费用科目（预提费用/待摊费用）管控，处理费用报销单。
- 提供总部部门费用检讨及分析所需资料。
- 配合内外部审计工作。
- 组织周会、月会，进行部门内部分析与改进。
- 梳理并监督活动流程，进行活动分析与追踪。
- 编列年度后勤费用预算。
- 根据需求持续优化财务系统流程。
任职要求
- 全日制财经类相关专业本科及以上学历，具备会计中级职称或CPA优先。
- 5年以上总账会计工作经验，有连锁零售行业背景者优先。
- 沟通协调能力佳，责任心强，能承受工作压力，工作严谨细致。
- 熟练使用SAP系统及Office办公软件（Excel、PowerPoint等）。
- 具备店铺管理及账务处理经验者优先。
