Finance Business Assistant Manager / Manager

About the role

This position leads Finance Business Partnering activities, providing budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking and business analysis for assigned business areas. The role also ensures accurate and timely financial reporting to management and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to deliver financial insights, support decision‑making and analyse channel performance, investment efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes; monitor actuals versus plan and produce variance analysis.
• Prepare performance review materials covering sales, P&L, profitability and investment analysis, and conduct scenario modelling.
• Support strategic initiatives and ad‑hoc projects from a financial perspective.
• Maintain reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering or management reporting.
• Strong analytical ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for presenting financial information.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools or reporting automation.
