Job description

职位概况

负责推动先进材料与工业设备两大业务在中国市场的品牌影响力，策划并执行多渠道数字营销活动，支撑销售管道增长。

主要职责

运营微信、抖音、小红书、视频号等新媒体平台，进行内容策划与互动维护。
制定并执行本地化SEO/SEM策略，提升品牌搜索可见性。
策划线下展会、行业会议、网络研讨会等商务活动，获取高质量潜在客户。
使用HubSpot和Dynamics 365管理营销自动化与CRM，跟踪线索转化。
监测多渠道营销绩效，分析数据持续优化ROI。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，市场营销或相关专业优先。
5年以上B2B数字营销、需求生成或活动管理经验。
熟悉先进制造、材料技术等行业者优先。
普通话流利，具备良好英文阅读能力者优先。

必备技能

CRM系统（Microsoft Dynamics 365）
营销自动化平台（HubSpot）
SEO/SEM及A/B测试
Excel、PowerPoint及数据分析工具
主流社交媒体运营及内容管理系统
