职位概况
负责总部配送培训体系的建设与落地，制定培训计划，开展新人及管理层培训，推动业务标准化。
主要职责
- 搭建并完善配送培训体系，包括需求调研、课程设计、授课与评估。
- 负责新人选育、质量培养及师兄选拔机制。
- 设计管理层多维培训方案，构建晋升培训体系。
- 开展业务标准、快速新业务培训及优秀案例复制。
- 建设线上学习平台，制作多媒体课程，探索AI数字化提效。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上培训经验，有物流配送培训经历优先。
- 具备培训项目设计、运营管理及全流程落地能力。
- 沟通协调能力强，执行力高，具备团队合作精神。
- 熟练使用Office（Excel、PPT）及图文设计、视频剪辑软件。
- 具备现场控场及授课经验者佳。
