职位概况
负责在广东肇庆工厂现场及中控室进行生产操作，确保工艺参数、设备运行及安全质量符合要求，按时完成产出任务。
主要职责
- 交接班工作，确保现场环境、工器具齐全，记录工艺运行参数。
- 依据厂长、值班主任指令及SOP进行工艺操作，处理异常并上报。
- 每小时进行安全运行巡检，发现并处理安全、质量隐患。
- 保持工作区域整洁，物料安全有序堆放。
- 完成清洗、台账、统计报表、交接记录等生产原始数据记录。
- 参加消防、安全、质量、精益生产等培训与演练。
任职要求
- 1–3年食品厂或相关制造业一线生产经验。
- 中专或以上学历，专业不限。
- 能适应倒班（含夜班/轮班）及一定强度体力劳动。
- 身体健康，具备良好团队合作精神和责任心。
必备技能
- 熟悉生产工艺操作及SOP执行。
- 能够进行设备运行记录和异常处理。
