职位概况
负责连锁养发店的日常运营和团队管理，落实品牌标准，提升门店业绩与客户满意度。
主要职责
- 门店日常运营管理，包括服务、卫生、陈列及设备维护。
- 制定并执行销售及拓客方案，完成月度、年度业绩目标。
- 人员管理、排班考核及新人带薪培训，打造高效团队。
- 维护客户资源，处理售后及反馈，提升复购率。
- 落实总部营销活动，推广核心养发项目，提升客流和营收。
- 统计门店数据，进行库存管控与成本核算，优化经营。
任职要求
- 年龄25-40岁，男女不限，学历不限，具备积极阳光的心态。
- 有养发、美容、养生等大健康行业或门店管理经验者优先。
- 认可养发行业发展，具备目标导向、执行力和统筹能力。
- 愿意长期深耕行业，零基础者可接受专项培养。
必备技能
- 团队管理与沟通协调能力。
- 销售运营策划与执行能力。
- 数据统计与成本核算能力。
