职位概况

负责公司营销体系建设与管理，制定并执行年度营销策略，推动销售业绩达成，提升市场竞争力。

主要职责

完善营销大区制度流程并组织实施。
根据市场与公司战略制定、调整营销计划，分解销售任务。
搭建并优化营销组织结构，拓展市场网络，管理日常销售业务。
定期拜访重点客户，维护良好合作关系。
组织销售技巧、产品知识培训，制定并执行考核方案。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，营销、机械电气或管理类专业。
10年以上电气类开关成套产品营销经验，5年以上营销管理经验。
熟悉开关成套市场，能够快速响应市场变化。
了解投标、项目执行及商务礼仪。

必备技能

电气产品基础知识。
