Job description
职位概况
负责操作生产设备，进行检查、清洁管理并记录生产数据，确保按时完成产量目标且无质量问题。
主要职责
- 严格遵守操作规章和指导，达成产量目标。
- 执行设备操作并准确记录生产数据。
- 参与5S现场管理活动。
- 熟练操作至少一种产线设备，如SRM、RASCO、Wafer Sort、Tape & Reel、Vision Inspection、包装等。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务，确保质量。
任职要求
- 高中或中专学历。
- 具备生产测试经验，能适应倒班工作。
- 良好的沟通与问题解决能力。

- SRM设备操作
- RASCO设备操作
- Wafer Sort设备操作
- Tape & Reel设备操作
- Vision Inspection设备操作
