职位概况

负责广州区域的线下用户拉新、社群运营及用户成长运营，推动新店开业拉新和用户活跃，提升DAC增长。

主要职责

通过全渠道宣传、地推等方式完成新店开业新客目标，管理拉新团队并追踪数据。
运营社群，提升规模、留存、活跃和转化率，进行推品和客情维护。
基于用户分层投放权益，针对新客、低活、高活用户进行持续运营。

任职要求

3年以上生鲜或商超用户运营经验，具备地推拉新和社群运营实操经验。
具备敏锐洞察力，能理解区域用户需求并挖掘痛点。
踏实能吃苦，责任心强，有一线团队管理经验。
大学本科及以上学历。
