职位概况
负责商业地产或工业地产项目的整体推广策划，包括市场调研、方案制定、执行监督及效果评估，统筹团队工作，提升品牌影响力。
主要职责
- 制定项目整体推广思路、传播策略并监督执行过程。
- 开展前期市场调研，撰写调研报告。
- 策划、撰写并执行项目推广方案，评估效果。
- 撰写广告策划、品牌推广方案及各类宣传稿件。
- 负责线下活动的创意策划、文案撰写、成本预算及执行。
- 统筹策划团队进度与质量，协助完成内容撰写与落地。
任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历。
- 5年以上商业地产或工业地产策划工作经验。
- 具备优秀的文案功底和策划能力，能独立完成方案撰写。
- 熟悉策划流程，擅长内容营销提升品牌知名度。
- 具备较强的项目规划、沟通协调和统筹能力。
