Senior PR and Marcom Manager

About the role

Lead the PR and Marketing Communications team for Coloplast in China, shaping integrated marketing and communication strategies that support corporate and local business priorities. You will oversee digital communications, offline brand events, and collaborate with global teams to translate global brand frameworks into impactful local campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and stakeholder insight analysis and develop an annual PR & Marcom roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
• Manage media relations, thought‑leadership content, and crisis communication readiness, drafting press releases and official statements.
• Own social media strategy and content production across digital channels to boost brand influence.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of offline activities such as industry exhibitions, brand forums and annual company events, handling vendors and budgets.
• Collaborate with global Corporate Communications to localise campaigns and align messaging with business priorities.
• Lead, develop and set objectives for the PR & Marcom team, ensuring project delivery and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5–8 years of PR/Marketing Communications experience, preferably in the global medical device or healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to develop strategic communication plans, manage media relations and handle crisis communication.
• Strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English for global stakeholder communication.
