职位概况
负责内容电商账号运营和团队管理，围绕内容策略制定、拍摄剪辑及效果优化展开。
主要职责
- 制定中长期内容策略，明确内容对业务的支撑路径。
- 分析用户画像及行为数据，规划差异化内容主题。
- 统筹内容生产全流程，确保内容质量。
- 管理内容团队，分配任务并把控进度，协调外部合作。
- 负责内容在各渠道的发布、运营及优化，提升曝光量和触达率。
- 拓展新内容分发渠道，维护合作关系。
- 监控内容核心数据，复盘效果并迭代策略。
- 配合品牌营销活动，策划内容专题，推动内容与用户运营联动。
