CMO - 连锁餐饮 Marketing Head (QSR)

About the role

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to drive brand strategy, market insight and growth for a fast‑growing quick‑service restaurant (QSR) chain. The role combines strategic planning, cross‑functional product and operations coordination, and franchisee partnership to expand market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise‑level marketing strategies, detailed work plans and brand positioning across all channels.
• Lead departmental structure, process management, team development and training initiatives.
• Oversee branding, public relations, media relations and crisis communication, including news releases and promotional articles.
• Coordinate product operations, user community activities and competitive analysis to influence product planning.
• Manage overseas cooperation, program pricing, unified service and project execution.
• Drive funnel development, customer value initiatives and channel marketing campaigns while managing budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field; advanced education a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of the Chinese market and experience in QSR, casual dining or retail‑oriented businesses.
• Proven track record influencing franchisees to improve marketing program effectiveness.
• Strong business acumen, proactive mindset and ability to prioritize projects and adjust mid‑course.
• Experience supervising teams and developing talent.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
