职位概况
我们正在寻找对新媒体运营充满热情的运营助理，协助完成小红书、抖音、B站等平台的内容生产与素材管理。
主要职责
- 收集产品卖点、客户案例、美业热点及竞品动态等内容素材。
- 建立并维护文案、图片、视频等素材库。
- 配合短视频运营进行拍摄现场支持，包括道具准备、灯光调试、人物协调等。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，新闻传播、广告、中文、设计、影视编导等相关专业优先。
- 对新媒体运营有浓厚兴趣，日常活跃于小红书、抖音、B站等平台。
- 具备写作、视频剪辑或平面设计至少一项基础能力。
- 学习能力强，细心负责。
