职位概况
华邑大使负责在本地市场维护品牌形象与口碑，作为品牌与用户的关键连接者，传递品牌温度与价值观。
主要职责
- 策划并执行线上线下用户互动活动，提升用户参与度与品牌黏性，收集反馈并协同相关部门优化用户体验。
- 主动识别并响应用户需求，在社交媒体、社群及线下场景中提供专业、友善、及时的品牌服务支持。
- 协同市场、公关、客服及产品团队，推动用户洞察落地，助力品牌策略迭代与服务升级。
- 定期整理用户行为与舆情数据，形成可复用的服务案例与传播素材，支撑品牌内容体系建设。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、传播学、公共关系、社会学或相关人文社科类专业优先。
- 具备优秀的沟通表达能力与共情力，善于倾听、提炼用户诉求，并能以清晰、得体的语言进行跨部门协同。
- 具备基础的数据意识，能通过用户反馈、互动数据等信息发现问题并提出优化建议。
- 形象亲和、责任心强，认同以用户为中心的服务理念，具备良好的职业素养与团队协作精神。
必备技能
- 良好的沟通与表达能力。
- 数据分析基础。
