Job description
职位概况
负责公司品牌自媒体账号的内容运营与粉丝增长，推动线上营销活动并进行效果追踪。
主要职责
- 运营微博、微信、小红书、抖音等自媒体平台，撰写并发布品牌文章。
- 策划并执行小程序商城、天猫、京东等线上营销活动，进行数据监控与分析。
- 维护媒体关系，撰写媒体稿件、组织媒体活动并整理月度简报。
- 支持品牌展览、异业合作等各类活动的策划与执行。
- 负责宣传品、礼品、活动物料的平面设计。
- 协助部门完成其他事务性工作。
任职要求
- 平面设计或艺术相关专业本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言。
- 2年以上数字营销与新媒体工作经验。
- 具备新媒体编辑、策划能力，文字功底与视觉审美优秀。
- 良好的沟通理解能力和社交洞察力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Illustrator、Photoshop等制图软件。
- 熟悉剪映等视频剪辑工具。
- 熟练操作Office办公软件。
