Marketing Director, Oral Healthcare

About the role

In this role you will build a high‑growth business that improves the lives of millions of people in China while advancing Philips’ L4L China Play journey as a global leader in health technology. You will be fully responsible for the Oral Healthcare strategy across the Greater China region, overseeing product roadmaps and innovation marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the GTM strategy for innovation and new product introductions, grounded in deep consumer and shopper insights.
• Own the Category Innovation Portfolio Strategy, defining a robust three‑year roadmap and managing phase‑in/phase‑out planning.
• Steer the Product Development Launch and Maintenance (PDLM) process from concept through market introduction.
• Develop new business models, drive portfolio growth and identify additional market opportunities.
• Collaborate with local downstream marketing and design teams to create and execute marcom toolkits.
• Forecast planning and budget control for the innovation team.
• Lead OHC marketing research projects and validate local insights.
• Coach, lead and develop the innovation marketing team, building local innovation capabilities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, preferably an MBA.
• At least 10 years of experience in an international business environment in innovation marketing or product management, with 5+ years in product development marketing.
• Proven track record of launching products and translating market research into compelling product concepts.
• Strong analytical abilities, project‑management skills and the capacity to work in a complex matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) and at least 3 years of experience leading and developing teams.
