Assistant Digital Platform & Martech Manager

About the role

This role supports the marketing team by managing a practical Martech set‑up for effective, trackable digital campaigns. It focuses on improving campaign and event performance while making data and tools easier to use in daily marketing work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage core marketing tools (e.g., sCRM, campaign tracking, automation platforms) and ensure they are stable, connected and easy to use for the marketing team.
• Own campaign tracking setup, monitor performance and provide regular reports, translating data into clear insights.
• Use campaign data to support ongoing optimization, evaluating targeting, channels and content to improve lead and conversion quality.
• Ensure smooth data flow between Martech tools, sales systems and business platforms, identifying and fixing data gaps.
• Reduce manual work through better tool usage and simple automation, creating repeatable campaign workflows.
• Maintain data governance and compliance, working with regulatory and IT teams to meet standards.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, Martech or marketing analytics.
• Solid understanding of the end‑to‑end digital campaign lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience with sCRM, campaign tracking and analytics tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination skills across marketing, IT and data teams.
• Detail‑oriented, structured and execution‑focused.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; experience in healthcare or MedTech is a plus.
