Brand and Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Brand and Communications Manager to join Philips China’s Central Marketing team. In this role you will shape and execute brand strategies that enhance Philips’ reputation across China and engage key local stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and governance of Philips China’s brand voice, core messaging framework and expression standards.
• Plan, execute and evaluate brand and communications campaigns across digital, social media and events to boost visibility and reputation.
• Monitor brand performance metrics, extract market insights and continuously optimise campaign strategies.
• Oversee the Brand & Content Center of Excellence, providing tools, templates and training to ensure content quality and consistency.
• Own corporate social media expression, defining content strategy, editorial calendar and publishing cadence.
• Introduce innovative communication methods and best practices, driving continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including agencies, to align cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, corporate marketing or integrated communications, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement and cross‑team collaboration track record.
• Solid data‑analysis competency to interpret brand and campaign metrics.
• Interest and working knowledge of how AI reshapes content production and brand building.
• Attention to detail and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
