职位概况
在制造环境中安全操作机器和生产设备，确保质量与生产力达标，遵守健康安全与环境标准。
主要职责
- 在有限指导下操作手动及自动化设备进行产品制造与装配。
- 执行质量检查，识别并控制不合格材料。
- 遵守并报告健康安全事件，使用个人防护装备。
- 保持工作区域整洁，执行机器清洁与保养。
- 与团队协作，识别并报告设备维修需求。
任职要求
- 高中毕业或同等学历，具备相关工作经验或中级水平知识。
- 了解健康安全基本知识，能够识别并报告风险。
- 具备制造流程及设备操作的基本认识。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 机器操作能力。
- 质量检查与控制意识。
- 健康安全规范遵循。
