PMO to Support Head of Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized PMO to support the Head of Engineering in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives across Bosch's engineering organization. This role offers broad exposure to engineering leadership and cross‑functional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, tracking, and execution of key engineering projects, monitoring milestones, deliverables, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Product, Design, Finance, HR and other functions, ensuring timely completion of action items.
• Assist in managing the engineering operating cadence, including leadership meetings, quarterly planning, business reviews and OKR tracking.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and status updates for leadership, and maintain project documentation and governance materials.
• Collect, analyze and summarize engineering performance metrics, develop regular reporting packages and identify trends for improvement.
• Coordinate communications among engineering leadership and stakeholders, schedule meetings and workshops, and prepare executive presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, support implementation of new tools and templates, and participate in transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, business operations or consulting.
• Strong organizational, project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Analytical ability with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.
