职位概况
负责公司总部及门店的总账核算与费用管控，参与预算编制及审计配合，确保财务数据准确合规。
主要职责
- 处理门店账务及总部预提、待摊费用的核算与管控。
- 提供部门费用分析、检讨所需的各类资料。
- 配合内部及外部审计工作，准备相关凭证和报告。
- 组织并参与周会、月会的财务分析与改进。
- 梳理活动流程，监督执行并进行活动费用分析与追踪。
- 编制年度后勤费用预算，监控执行情况。
- 根据业务需求优化财务系统流程。
任职要求
- 全日制财经类本科及以上学历，具备会计中级职称或CPA等资格优先。
- 5年以上总账工作经验，具连锁零售行业背景者佳。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，责任心强，能承受工作压力。
- 工作细致严谨，敬业且具抗压能力。
必备技能
- SAP系统操作熟练。
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其是Excel和PowerPoint。
