职位概况

负责Alcon眼科人工晶体在私立市场的推广与销售，达成所辖区域年度销售目标。

主要职责

开展客户拜访，维护老客户并开发新客户；
利用科室会等学术推广策略传递产品价值；
重点维护KOL，促进产品销售；
完成区域销售指标。

任职要求

统招本科学历优先；
具备自我管理、独立工作能力，抗压且能适应出差；
工作稳定，专业学术性强。

必备技能

眼科产品及市场知识；
客户关系管理与学术推广能力。
