职位概况

我们正在寻找热爱与人互动、擅长内容策划的社群运营人才，负责社区内容架构及活动组织。

主要职责

搭建并维护社群内容架构，策划热点话题。
组织社群内部活动，提升用户活跃度。
进行用户行为研究，收集并分析用户需求。
负责社群数据统计，撰写数据报告。
协助项目经理完成项目运营的日常事务。

任职要求

热爱与人交流，具备良好的沟通能力。
对用户行为研究有兴趣，能够从数据中发现问题。
具备一定的数据统计与报告撰写能力。
