负责微信社群搭建与日常运营，提升用户活跃度与粘性；策划线上营销活动并配合项目经理完成服务转化目标。
主要职责
- 搭建并运营微信社群，提升用户活跃与粘性。
- 策划并执行线上营销活动，达成服务转化指标。
- 对接合作企业（政企单位等），提供线上保险福利讲解与咨询服务。
- 分析运营数据，持续优化运营策略，为项目提供支持。
任职要求
- 具备较强的思维逻辑能力、学习能力和文案策划功底。
- 熟悉新媒体运营手段，能够进行内容制作与统筹策划。
- 具备较强的文案策划与逻辑表达能力，有创新意识。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。
- 本科及以上学历，条件优秀者可放宽至大专。
