职位概况
负责体育运动类微博超话的日常运营，提升活跃度和互动率，推动社区增长。
主要职责
- 运营体育超话，达成活跃、互动等核心指标。
- 策划并执行赛事、球星生日、转会期等热点活动，打造爆款内容。
- 监控数据表现，定期复盘并依据数据优化运营策略。
- 对接体育IP、俱乐部、赛事方，维护合作关系。
- 向合作方阐释公司资源价值，推动商业合作落地。
任职要求
- 深度使用互联网社交平台，熟悉内容生态及年轻用户话语体系，具备AI使用能力。
- 精通至少一项体育运动，了解圈层文化和球迷心理。
- 具备社群运营实战经验和成功案例，结果导向。
- 抗压能力强，沟通协调和商务拓展能力突出。
- 能够独立进行方案讲解、成果汇报及合作谈判。
必备技能
- 熟练使用微博超话产品。
- 熟悉AI工具的应用。
