- 监督门店日常运营、库存及盈亏。
- 提升客人满意度，开展社区合作。
任职要求
- 具备零售管理经验，能够带领多元化团队。
- 具备良好的沟通与组织能力。
- 能够根据预算和指标管理门店业绩。
必备技能
- 团队领导与人员管理能力。
- 门店运营与销售数据分析。
