负责门店销售区的日常运营，带领团队提供卓越的客人体验，推动业绩达标并维护社区关系。
主要职责
- 以身作则，支持产品教育，确保客人获得专业的产品咨询。
- 监督门店销售区运营，执行商品陈列、补货、开闭店检查等任务。
- 通过关键绩效指标管理团队，进行绩效评估与职业发展辅导。
- 策划并执行本地社区活动，提升品牌影响力。
任职要求
- 具备零售或服务业管理经验，能够带领团队达成目标。
- 热爱运动服饰，乐于与客人建立联系。
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够在多元环境中工作。
必备技能
- 熟悉门店运营流程与商品陈列规范。
- 能够使用绩效管理工具进行团队评估。
