职位概况
负责门店销售区的运营与客人体验，作为门店领导团队的重要成员，带领团队达成业绩目标。
主要职责
- 以身作则，支持产品教育员，提升团队专业水平。
- 监督门店销售区运营，确保商品陈列、补货及店面整洁。
- 通过关键绩效指标管理团队表现，提供反馈与辅导。
- 与客人互动，评估需求并提供产品技术教育与购买建议。
- 策划并执行本地社区活动，如跑步俱乐部、瑜伽日等。
任职要求
- 具备所在地区合法工作权利。
- 至少一年团队领导或人员管理经验。
- 一年以上零售或销售管理经验优先。
- 大专及以上学历。
- 具备包容、多元、诚信、合作等价值观。
