职位概况
面向应届毕业生的智能制造岗位，聚焦工艺、设备及质量方向，工作地点位于长沙，加入广汽埃安新能源事业。
主要职责
- 参与智能制造工艺流程的设计与优化；
- 协助设备选型、调试及维护；
- 开展质量控制与改进工作；
- 配合团队完成项目交付和技术文档编写。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、电气、材料等相关专业；
- 应届毕业生，具备良好的学习成绩，已通过大学英语四级（硕士需六级）；
- 思想积极向上，热爱新能源行业；
- 在校表现优秀，有社会实践或文体特长者优先。
必备技能
- 熟悉机械设计制造或自动化控制原理；
- 具备基本的英语阅读与写作能力；
- 良好的沟通协作和团队合作精神。
