职位概况

负责数字化营销系统的搭建与优化，制定运营策略，提升线索质量，实现商机目标。

主要职责

参与营销系统落地，优化流程并制定投放策略。
建立动态客户分层体系，设计自动化营销旅程。
主导线上线下活动策划与执行，完成获客目标。
监控营销数据，输出ROI报告，持续提升转化率。

任职要求

统招本科及以上，市场营销、计算机或统计学专业。
2年以上B端营销经验，熟悉决策链。
具备跨部门资源整合及培训能力，执行力强。
具备系统逻辑和数据分析能力，能通过归因分析定位瓶颈。
