Manager, Market Insight

About the role

The Manager, Market Insight will lead competitive intelligence initiatives and serve as a strategic business partner for the SPOT department, translating launch excellence and new product planning needs into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end competitive intelligence projects, from defining business questions through execution, insight synthesis and impact tracking.
• Own the full lifecycle of CI projects, including needs diagnosis, scope definition, methodology design, vendor selection, timeline and budget control, compliant execution, insight synthesis, recommendation development and project impact review.
• Act as Business Partner to the SPOT department, translating launch excellence and new product planning needs into actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement AI‑enabled initiatives to improve insight generation, efficiency and scalable decision support.
• Integrate competitive intelligence, primary and secondary research, syndicated data, internal business information and external databases into a holistic business story that guides decisions.
• Manage external agencies and data partners, ensuring robust methodology, high‑quality deliverables and compliance with company requirements.
• Establish fit‑for‑purpose success metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess project value, track outcomes and continuously improve insight quality, speed and business impact.
