Job description
职位概况
负责依据SOP、SOC等标准，在确保安全、可靠的前提下，按生产计划完成合格产品的生产。
主要职责
- 签发工作票并确认DCS/PLC报警，及时响应并提出bypass申请。
- 执行设备LOTO、维修交接及现场安全观察，报告潜在风险。
- 依据Con‑ops政策完成工作交接，关注产线KPI并进行优化。
- 落实环境合规要求，定期巡检产线并消除安全隐患。
- 根据SOC指导生产，抽检原料、包装，确保质量符合要求。
- 执行SQRE巡检，预见性报告并处理设备异常。
任职要求
- 熟悉工艺技术、设备及操作程序，能判断并处置设备故障。
- 具备原料和产品相关知识，能够识别并处理异常情况。
- 能够阅读并执行SOP、SOC、OAM等操作指导。
必备技能
- DCS/PLC操作与报警响应
- LOTO安全管理
- SQRE巡检与设备维护
- 质量抽检与过程样本分析
