职位概况
作为lululemon的产品教育家，您将在嘉兴八佰伴门店向客人传递产品面料、功能、版型及品牌文化，帮助客人获得真实的产品认知。
主要职责
- 向客人宣介产品特性、面料优势、使用方法及洗护指南。
- 展示并传播lululemon的企业文化、团队精神及生活方式理念。
- 引导客人关注店内社区公告，了解瑜伽、健身等活动信息。
- 负责门店库存的收货、整理、上架及补货工作。
- 使用POS系统完成收付款、退换货及礼品卡发放。
- 协助门店准备工作，包括服装折叠、尺码分类及裁剪准备。
任职要求
- 热爱瑜伽或其他健身、健康运动，具备相关知识和参与经验。
- 积极乐观、热情友好，具备团队合作精神并能独立工作。
- 良好的口头和书面沟通能力，具备客人互动与时间管理技巧。
- 大专及以上学历，商科、市场营销、零售或相关专业优先。
- 具备基础电脑操作能力。
