职位概况
作为 lululemon 零售门店的产品教育家，负责为顾客提供专业的产品知识与卓越的购物体验，推动社区活动并传递品牌文化。
主要职责
- 与顾客互动，提供产品教育并引导购买决策。
- 执行全渠道销售计划，确保交易准确及时。
- 收集顾客反馈，协助门店改进服务。
- 策划并执行本地社区项目，如跑步俱乐部、瑜伽活动等。
- 维护门店陈列、使用技术工具支持运营并保持店面整洁。
任职要求
- 具备合法工作权利，能够灵活安排工作时间。
- 热爱与顾客交流，具备良好的沟通与服务意识。
- 能够在团队中合作，也能独立完成任务。
- 具备包容、多元的价值观，愿意营造尊重的工作氛围。
必备技能
- 良好的客户服务技巧。
- 基本的门店运营与陈列维护能力。
