职位概况
lululemon 在长沙王府井门店招聘产品教育家，负责为顾客提供专业的产品知识与卓越的购物体验，推动社区活动并传递品牌文化。
主要职责
- 与顾客互动，提供产品教育并引导购买决策。
- 收集顾客反馈，协同门店管理层改进服务。
- 策划并执行当地社区项目，如跑步俱乐部、瑜伽活动等。
- 维护门店陈列、使用技术工具支持运营并保持环境整洁。
任职要求
- 具备所在司法管辖区合法工作权利。
- 能够灵活安排工作时间，愿意在门店内主动帮助顾客。
- 具备大专及以上学历者优先。
必备技能
- 良好的沟通与客户服务能力。
- 团队合作精神，能够在多元环境中共事。
- 对运动服饰及健康生活有热情。
