职位概况
负责跨产品、渠道及区域的销售数据分析，输出报告与洞察，搭建实时看板，支持业务复盘并推动数据驱动决策。
主要职责
- 深度剖析销售数据，形成整合报告与战略建议。
- 利用BI和低代码工具构建实时销售追踪看板，降低人工报表成本。
- 协助月度业务复盘，定位进度差距与根因，推动跨部门落地。
- 充当数据与业务的桥梁，试点AI技术，促进团队数据驱动决策。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 具备优秀的商业分析能力和结构化思维。
- 有相关行业业务分析经验，了解多渠道业务模式者优先。
- 英语听说读写良好，具备良好的学习、沟通与团队合作能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint。
- 熟悉Power BI、Power Automate、Power Apps。
- 了解主流数据库（如SQL）者优先。
