Job description
职位概况
负责Alcon屈光设备在指定区域的销售，完成年度销售目标并提供用户培训与技术支持，推动产品在眼科市场的应用与推广。
主要职责
- 维护并拓展辖区内客户，完成设备销售任务。
- 组织科室会等学术推广活动，传递产品价值。
- 负责设备招投标、商务谈判、标书制作及技术参数制定。
- 与代理商保持合作，协助招投标及技术文件准备。
- 跟踪竞争对手动态，提供产品策略建议。
任职要求
- 统招本科学历（优先），五年以上医疗设备销售经验。
- 眼科、临床医学或医疗器械相关专业优先。
- 学习能力强，沟通思路清晰。
