职位概况
负责定制门窗、系统窗、阳光房的渠道开发与维护，拓展区域空白门店及合作资源，推动业务增长。
主要职责
- 开发门窗门店、建材店、装修公司、工作室、乡村自建房等合作资源。
- 维护经销商关系，定期巡店帮扶。
- 收集建材市场竞品信息、价格政策，反馈市场动态，协助优化渠道政策。
- 完成每日拜访记录、客户台账、月度及出货目标。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，专业不限，应届生亦可。
- 年龄25-35岁，持有C1驾照或小摩托车。
- 有建材、门窗、全屋定制、家装销售经验者优先，无经验但愿意吃苦者亦可。
- 沟通能力良好，抗压能力强，具主动拓客意识，执行力强。
- 诚实守信，具良好客户服务意识，能长期稳定深耕行业。
