职位概况
负责公司在华地区超乳、Lensx、玻切及可视化等眼科手术设备的销售，达成年度业绩目标并提供用户培训与技术支持。
主要职责
- 在私立市场推广并销售指定眼科设备。
- 维护老客户、开发新客户，定期拜访并跟进需求。
- 组织科室会等学术推广活动，传递产品价值。
- 负责设备招投标、商务谈判、标书制作及技术参数制定。
- 与代理商保持合作，协助投标文件准备。
- 监测竞争对手动态，提供产品策略建议。
任职要求
- 统招本科学历（优先），五年以上医疗设备销售经验。
- 眼科、临床医学、医疗器械等相关专业优先。
- 学习能力强，沟通思路清晰。
