职位概况
负责电机驱动的噪声异常分析、优化及新产品NVH开发，帮助提升产品质量和用户体验。
主要职责
- 分析量产电机噪声异常，定位根因并制定解决方案。
- 针对电机噪声进行激励源、共振模态及结构弱点分析，提出降噪优化设计。
- 与项目团队设定NVH目标，协同设计与仿真工程师，推动新产品NVH达标。
任职要求
- 机械、声学或相关专业硕士以上学历。
- 具备扎实的振动力学和数字信号处理理论。
- 2年以上NVH相关工作或研究经验。
- 良好的英文口语和书写能力。
- 有电机相关知识和经验者优先。
