MEMS Product Manager – Business Development (Shanghai)

About the role

As a MEMS Product Manager at Bosch Group in Shanghai, you will drive the growth of RB MEMS sensor solutions across China. You will work closely with technical experts, sales teams and business units to identify market opportunities, shape product strategies and bring new sensor technologies to market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities for MEMS sensors in China.
• Analyse competitors, market trends, legislation and emerging applications.
• Gather market intelligence through trade fairs, customer interviews and meetings.
• Prepare business field analyses, market and competitor profiles in coordination with headquarters.
• Recommend portfolio adjustments and action plans based on technical and economic assessments.
• Develop market entry strategies for new products or segments together with technical experts.
• Build and manage relationships with potential customers and partners, collaborating with sales, engineering and business units for successful commercialization.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, microsystems technology, physics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive/consumer‑electronics semiconductor or sensor industry.
• Strong technical understanding of semiconductors, sensors and MEMS applications.
• Proven ability to translate market and customer insights into commercial product requirements.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing, global environments.
• Advanced English communication skills; German is a plus.
