Marketing Specialist – Service Provider Network

About the role

Amazon Global Selling is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive community engagement, content creation, and brand communications for its Service Provider Network (SPN) and the broader seller ecosystem. You will act as a key force multiplier for the marketing team, supporting everything from daily community operations to large‑scale industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the SPN WeCom community, handling daily operations, member engagement, content distribution, announcements, and Q&A.
• Support end‑to‑end planning and on‑site execution of flagship events and online campaigns.
• Produce concise, high‑impact copy with clear novelty hooks and data‑driven messaging across multiple channels.
• Analyze community, campaign, and event performance data, tracking sign‑ins, engagement, and reach, and compile internal readouts and post‑event recaps.
• Develop insight reports (e.g., AI service‑provider research) from raw data to presentation‑ready narratives.
• Leverage AI tools for content drafting, translation, data summarization, design, and workflow automation, promoting AI‑driven best practices.
• Coordinate marketing timelines, vendor/agency work, and maintain organized, version‑controlled content libraries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑to‑action mindset.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of juggling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Fluent communication in both Chinese and English, with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
